KSIĄŻĘCY BREWERY IN NYSA
Beer plays a significant role in Polish culinary culture. In southern Poland, near the mountains, Książęcy Brewery in Nysa produces Książęce beer. Established in August 2016, Książęcy Brewery in Nysa draws on a colonial style and produces beer using the top-fermentation method. The noble character of the beer comes from local products and entirely natural ingredients, to which the brewery remains faithful. Książęcy Brewery in Nysa brews many types of beer, among which the series of beers associated with the Witches' Trail, named "Dom Kata" (Executioner's House), "Żelazna Dziewica" (Iron Maiden) and "Żona Kata" (Executioner's Wife), is particularly popular.
Brewery Nysa brings together the knowledge and experience of people for whom brewing is a lifelong passion. The highest quality ingredients and attention to detail at every stage of production guarantee the uniqueness of their beers.
The brewery has won numerous awards:
Of our culinary heritage – Regional flavours for Nyskie Jasne Beer;
Silver Laurel at the 9th Wrocław Good Beer Festival 2018 for Piwo Nyskie Jasne (Nyskie Jasne Beer);
Bronze Laurel at the 9th Wrocław Good Beer Festival 2018 for Nyskie Bogate Beer.
The brewery also produces a beer promoting the "Opolski Bifyj" Culinary Trail, which can be purchased at selected restaurants along the trail, and operates an online shop selling beer, merchandise, and labels.
