Hotel Salve is located in the heart of historic Głogówek, a town that once hosted King John II Casimir Vasa and Ludwig van Beethoven.

The cosy and atmospheric interiors of the restaurant are filled with Głogówek's history and delicious cuisine. Photographs depicting the town's past adorn the walls, and other elements of the décor, including stained-glass window panes and visualisations of wine barrels on the walls, introduce a wine-themed atmosphere. The owners attach great importance to viticulture and promoting the culture of wine drinking. It is worth noting that this is where the grape clusters in Głogówek's coat of arms come from.

The venue's specialities are regional dishes, and the signature dish is wild boar roulades stuffed with porcini mushrooms, served with grey potato dumplings and pickled cabbage. All meals are prepared using organic and natural products sourced from local farmers.
