-AJMARAYA ALPACA BREEDING FARM IN DĘBOWIEC

The Ajmaraya Alpaca Breeding Farm in Dębowiec near Prudnik is a unique place on the map of the Opole region.

Located in a charming forest, right next to the wooded areas of the Opawskie Mountains Landscape Park, the farm delights with its tranquility, fresh air, and atmosphere, ideal for forest walks, contemplation, and active tourism.

A foundation called Llamerada operates within the farm, providing alpaca therapy for children and adults. During your visit to the farm, you can take part in handicraft workshops or a demonstration titled “From alpaca to sweater,” listen to stories about alpacas and the activities of the Foundation. Alpacas are friendly towards humans and help relieve stress. Individual tourists can take a walk in the woods accompanied by alpacas (the route is approx. 2 km long), with endorphins guaranteed after such a walk!

For organized groups, the Foundation offers walks around Dębowiec with the Forest District Manager or a guide from the Prudnik Region Museum (a beautiful nature and history trail).

Currently, the farm has 26 alpacas, two wonderful Australian shepherds who greet every visitor warmly, and three cats.

There is an apartment for rent within the fenced area of the farm. It is a fully equipped apartment consisting of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms with showers, and four bedrooms. In addition, this small agritourism facility has a viewing terrace and a traditional banquet hall where

various types of special events can be organized. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, offering them a comfortable place to stay.

Guests also have access to a spacious garden with a place for a bonfire. In close proximity to the apartment, there is a picturesque horse stud farm.
