SWIMMING POOL IN LIPNO

It is a bathing area run by the Niemodlin Sports and Recreation Center, located on the edge of the Niemodlin Forest. It features three pools: a swimming pool, a recreational pool and a children's pool, as well as numerous attractions: a children's playground, a beach volleyball court, a mini-soccer field, table tennis and a ropes course. A picturesque avenue lined with ancient linden trees leads to the swimming area. A bicycle path runs from Niemodlin.

The complex was built in 1935 as an Olympic training center. Swimmers training for the 1936 Berlin Olympics trained here. The original wooden locker room and equipment rental buildings from that period remain.
