TRACES OF THE HISTORY OF PACZKOWO AND JAVORNIK

The 36-kilometer cycling path runs through Paczków, Stary Paczków, Ujeździec, Javorník, Bily Potok, Lisie Kąty, Gościce, Kamienica Nyska and Kozielno. The loop connects towns on both sides of the border.

The trail connects the existing trails across the border, including the Main Sudeten Trail, the Witches' Trail, Route R-9, EuroVelo 9 (international cycling route), the Opole Cistercian Trail, the Paczków-Otmuchów car hiking trail, and, on the Czech side, routes 53 (to Jeseník), 6045 (to Bukovo) and 6047 (to the Špičák Caves).

The trail is marked and five gazebos have been built on the Polish side and two on the Czech side, serving as rest and refreshment areas for tourists, along with information boards describing the cultural heritage of both municipalities.

In addition, tourists visiting one of the attractions in Paczków or Javorník (the Paczków Town Hall Tower and the Javorník Museum) will have the opportunity to rent bicycles, which will allow them to visit attractions on the other side of the border free of charge. Bike stations will be set up next to the Javorník Museum, and in Paczków, next to the Town Hall Tower.
