NATURAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRAIL "FROM JARNOŁTÓWKO TO THE CROSSROADS AT PIEKIEŁKO"
Route length: 2.0 km, walking time: 40 minutes.
This is the shortest of the nature and educational trails in the "Opawskie Mountains" Landscape Park. The trail begins at the edge of the forest on the right side of the road to Pokrzywna, behind the bridge over Złoty Potok, from where it heads straight towards the "Karliki" rock outcrops. Stop No. 1 is designated at one of the more impressive "Karliki" rock outcrops.
At the rock viewing platforms, you'll find a panoramic view of the Złoty Potok gorge, Janołtówek and Pokrzywna. The surrounding area is covered with a natural, approximately 90-year-old mountain forest with common beech (Fagus silvatica), pedunculate oak (Quercus robur), sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus), small-leaved linden (Tilia cordata), Norway spruce (Picea abies) and European larch (Larix decidua). The path runs further to the intersection of hiking trails (yellow and blue) called "Crossroads under Piekiełko" where it ends.
Based on the Opole Landscape Parks Complex (ZOPK) information materials. All paths are marked with a white square with a green diagonal. The address provided for PTTK Głuchołazy
