IN THE PARKOWA MOUNTAIN MASSIF AND GŁUCHOŁAZ
The yellow trail called the "Golden Miners' Trail. Length – 8.3 km (walking time: approx. 3 h)
Awarded the title of Best Tourist Product of the Opole Region in 2009 and nominated in 2016 for National Geographic's 7 Wonders of Poland as one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the country. It leads to former gold mining sites in the Opawskie Mountains and over the summit of Przednia Kopa (495 m above sea level). While hiking this trail, you can observe relatively well-preserved elements of mining washers, remnants of former mine shafts and drifts as well as spoil heaps in the former gold-bearing areas.
The trail begins at the "Amorek" café, then runs along a walking path parallel to Parkowa Street through the "Zdrojnik" Valley (the Zdrojowy Stream, also known as "Sarni Potok"), reaching Górny Staw and the "Zacisze II" resort. The trail then follows a path past the center to the southern slope of Góra Parkowa, down to the Sarni Potok Valley. Here, the remains of a small dam and traces of mining activity can be found. The trail further ascends to the summit of Przednia Kopa. At the top, past a renovated mountain shelter and a disused historical observation tower, the trail continues 100 meters to St. Anne's Chapel and the so-called "Hanging Rocks." The chapel was built in the early 20th century in the neo-Gothic style above a rocky cliff. From the "Hanging Rocks," the trail descends to the Upper Promenade above Biała Głuchołaska. The trail then runs parallel to the river, passing the "Nad Białką" geological and natural reserve, where we find more gold mining relics, before reaching the Lower Promenade. The final section of the trail leads along a riverside promenade,
passing the "Żegnalce" spring and a former mining tunnel known as the "Highlander's Cave." The walking path is the final section of the yellow trail, which ends at the Cupid fountain and the "Amorek" café.

Blue Trail- Length: 7.3 km (walking time: approx. 2 h 30').
This trail is a walking trail. It begins at the Cupid fountain in the spa area of Głuchołazy. Initially, it runs alongside the red trail, up the asphalt road above Spa Park towards the summit of Przednia Kopa.
The trail then follows the Stations of the Cross, which circle Przednia Kopa from the east and are marked with further stone Stations of the Cross. The 16 chapels at the Stations of the Cross were built around 1859. The author of the paintings in the chapels is the painter J. Mitschke from Głuchołazy. Along the way, we pass the "Łąka Sedańska" water intake, a granite boulder that is the remains of a monument to Count Franciszek Ballestrem, who owned the "Zacisze" resort, and the "Jakubowa Well" located slightly to the side.
The last Station of the Cross, "Resurrection," is located beneath
the "505" pass (505 m above sea level) between Średnia and Tylna Kopa (535 m above sea level). The trail then runs along the western slopes of Średnia Kopa (543 m above sea level) and Przednia Kopa (495 m above sea level), along the so-called "Upper Swine Road," to the so-called Upper Promenade. Along the way, St. Anne's Chapel, built on the so-called "Hanging Rocks," is visible deep in the forest. From the Upper Promenade, passing the "Juvenia" spring, the trail continues onto the Lower Promenade, which emerges near the "Chrobry" spring. Further right, the trail passes under a railway viaduct to the "Cupid" fountain, where it ends.
